I'm James, an AI builder and accredited workplace trainer who ships production AI software solo and gets whole teams using it.
I've run more than a billion tokens through the OpenAI, Anthropic and Google APIs since 2022, before ChatGPT, and shipped a live commercial SaaS on my own. I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and spent five years at NSW Health, training over 1,000 clinicians a year to adopt new digital tools across every public hospital in the state. Before founding, a decade leading operations and training large teams.

Selected work
A market research tool built from a research paper I reverse engineered. I rebuilt the method, reproduced its published results against real survey data, then wrapped it in a product anyone can use: a concept in, a rigorous read out in a few minutes. Privacy and security sit at the foundation: row level data isolation, a strict content security policy, and tiered access control. React and Hono on a serverless edge runtime, Postgres, Stripe, an MCP server, 1,600+ tests. Live and billing.
Also building
A few native iPhone apps, built around on device machine learning so the work happens on the phone with no server round trip. Small, fast, and private by design.
Backend systems that mostly run themselves: scheduled jobs, agentic automation, and dashboards on serverless edge infrastructure. The kind of thing you check for a few minutes a day instead of babysitting.
Smaller experiments, from on device vision to cryptographic signing.

Accreditation & training
The nationally recognised qualification required to design, deliver and assess accredited training in Australia. It is the standard the regulator sets for training people to a national benchmark, so it is real proof I can train and assess, not just present. It is the formal half of what I do: I build the tool, then I run the training that gets a whole team using it.
Certified in PRINCE2® Agile, which pairs structured project governance with agile delivery, so a program stays under control while it can still adapt when priorities move. It is the framework behind running several programs and budgets at once, and behind taking a rollout from a plan to something a workforce actually uses.
As an accredited Lifeguard instructor I trained and certified a 220 person aquatic safety team in first aid, CPR and emergency response, and ran the live drills and competency checks that kept them ready for an audit or a real incident. It is the highest stakes training there is. If it does not stick, someone gets hurt, and that bar shapes how I train everything else.
At NSW Health I delivered full day face to face and online training to more than 1,000 people a year, across one of the largest workforces in the world. The skill is making complicated tools make sense to people who do not work in tech, in sessions they actually stay awake in, then checking whether the change held instead of assuming it did.
Before founding
I set the strategy for CIAP's statewide education and resources program at NSW Health, choosing which digital clinical tools to roll out and leading the change management that got them adopted across every public hospital and health district.
In addition to lifeguard training, I led guest operations at a water park doing 10,000+ guests a day and $20M+ a year, ran a 90+ person labour budget across admissions, guest services and retail, and acted as duty General Manager.
